We reserve the right to refuse any property valuation order/instructions. Inspection arrangements are subject to payment of the tax invoice upfront — either cash at inspection, EFT Internet Banking, or bank cash deposit. Cheques are not acceptable. Inspections will only proceed if payment of the tax invoice is made upfront or by management approval. Valuation reports will only be issued once the tax invoice payment is in the company bank account. Draft valuation reports will not be issued unless full fees are paid into our bank account.
